How to uncurl hair?

I rerooted a pony with curly hair because thats all I had. But I washed out the hair and its still just as curly! How can I uncurl it? Can I use a straightening iron?

"Dried it on rollers"? I don't know my english perfect but that sounds like you curled it while drying it? :?

Anyway I haven't tried a straightening iron but I have heard about people her who does. Try it on a little piece of the hair at first and see what happends. I think it works though. Can't garantue it =/

Thank you so much! I'm desperate. I just spent two weeks on a pony I was afraid wouldnt be right. And it has tiny curls and I dried it on really big rollers. I thought that might smooth some ringlets out. Thanks so much Desert Rose! *gives you a hug*

if you're going to test it, test it on some of the extra hair first, just a suggestion in case it doens't work

You can use a straightening iron. Just be sure t keep the heat low just in case. Oh, and slowly pull the hair throught the iron, but make sure you don't go too slowly or it will melt/burn the plastic. Good luck! Post pics when you have her finished! I would love to see!

I'm also scared of her glue. I put a little too much glue on her plugs and they leaked out to the outside! Now she has 1/3 inch of really stiff hair.
