Recently came across a G1 pony with

85
Hasbro
Bradley

On the foot. Is this a rare or common occurance. I've never seen any other pony with Bradley on the foot. I know Hasbro bought out Bradley in the 80's. Is this pony worth more than other ponies because of this weird branding?

Thanks!

ummm never heard of that! are you sure its MLP?
pics please!!!
or describe pony? colors? symbol?

All of the new molds made in 1985 are stamped "Hasbro Bradley". Often when companies merge, they go back & forth on what to call the company. At that time, Hasbro was probably leaning toward calling its "Hasbro-Bradley", but ended up sticking to just Hasbro.

In the same way, Hasbro & Kenner merged in the late 90's. All of the US released g2's have Kenner on their packaging with no mention of Hasbro. Also at that time, design shifted from Hasbro's Rhode Island team to Kenner's Ohio team. This may explain the vastly different look of g2s. ;)
