Gardenia Glow Hair Mismatch?

Hello all!
I recently bought a G-3 Gardenia Glow 2 on eBay and I noticed that she had a weird hair mix up.... Was this a mass factory error? I saw a few like this on eBay but I looked at Strawberry Reef and a few other sites and
found no information. So, what’s with the wacky hair!? Oh also, pardon her messy hair.... It’s time for a spa day!

It was a wide-spread, mass-release .. thing... that the second release of Gardenia Glow had that mis-matched mane and tail. It doesn't seem to be a factory error, and was just the way the pony was released.

Aww, drat. It was a good site for noting the differences between the re-releases, mostly in the G3 line. That's a shame. :< We've lost a bunch of the older MLP-ID websites now...

Try mlpland and type in gardena glow unfortunately they took down the re release site. Maybe it might work with the wayback machine webpage. I don't know though.

Yep, looks like she's from this 4-pack. Unfortunately Rereleases Encyclopedia isn't properly backed up on the Wayback Machine
