G1 Clothing Question

Were there G1 pony outfits that had velcro on the back so a little animal could be attached there?
I found a pony dress at a thrift shop. It's yellow and white and has a little black dog that sits on the pony's back.
I tried looking through some G1 accessories online, but couldn't find it.

Is it a baby dress? There was a yellow & white striped "bathrobe" outfit in the "Baby Pony Wear with Pocket Pals" set. But she came with a duck (orange? I think...) & I don't know about velcro on the back.

It's a Fashion Star Filly outfit. A couple of their outfits had velcro and animals that came with the outfit.
