So, I have the G1 Baby Chuck E Cheese (http://mylittlewiki.org/wiki/Chuck_E_Cheese_Pony) in pretty much mint condition. I'm not super attached to this one so I think I'll probably sell, but she doesn't seem to come up very often so I'm not sure what to ask for her. The few sold listings on eBay vary wildly, anywhere from $13 to $40... But she sold most recently for $40, and there are two current BIN listings for $40-50, so maybe her value has gone up lately? What would you ask for her? I'm wondering if maybe I should just put her up for auction and see what happens.

She is hard to find, but not expensive. I typically see her go around the 15-25 dollar range on the rare occasion that I do see her.

Yeah, I agree with Leave a Whisper, she isn't always around, but doesn't usually price too high. When you look at the ebay sold prices, are the higher ones from around Christmas time? Gift-giving season is frequently when you will see a spike in pony prices. Someone really wants it for a gift and is willing to pay high. I think back when I purchased mine she was under $20.

That makes a lot of sense, but actually she sold for $41 just a week ago! It was an auction starting at just $5, and it looks like two people got into a bidding war.

I think what I'm going to do is auction her starting at $20. That way I'm guaranteed to get a fair price, and buyers can decide if they're willing to pay more. Maybe there's just more interest in her lately.

Wow... Bidding on my auction just went up to $41, and there are still 4 days left! o_O I wasn’t expecting that. Three different people have bid so far, and there are lots of watchers. I think it’s safe to say demand for this pony has gone up.

I actually just sold one a bit ago! I listed her for $30 originally and got two offers. Accepted the $25 one.
I was surprised myself, when I got her a few years ago she was only $20. She was a lucky flip (got her for $4).

That's great to know! With the influx of new collectors there have been certain ponies that have gone way up in popularity and price.

Good thing I got mine when I did! I only got her in November for $17, so its shocking to see the price increase!

Wow, that’s not long ago at all! I wonder what made people suddenly so willing to pay twice as much for her. How interesting.

It’s probably just supply and demand right now. I know that the episode of Storage Wars recently re-ran so it may be people looking into the hobby out of interest now too.

Aaaand the high bidder never paid. The annoying thing about auctioning things on eBay is that this sometimes happens... :hmph: Now I see a couple sellers have listed Baby Chuck E. Cheese as a BIN for $30, which is interesting. I'm not really sure what to do with mine now, so maybe I'll just wait a bit and keep watching other listings.

Anyone here need a Baby Chuck E. Cheese? Lol

Doesn't ebay give you the option to offer itto the next highest bidder when there is a non-payment win?

It's a bad mark on your record as a buyer if you're a non-paying bidder, is it not?
