Fixing a My Pretty Pony?

My big My Pretty Pony got shoved off of my shelf today and her now her right eye won't move when I try to use her mechanism. It also seems like her tail isn't moving as much as it used to. Is there a way to fix this? I'm not really sure if I can open her up with further damaging her insides because I don't know how it works, but it seems minor enough to fix. I've been looking online but I can't find anything.

Can she be helped? I'm really upset about this
