Not quite easter yet, but soon enough!

Please share some Easter crafts with me! I need some inspiration.

I've got 2 boys who are 3 years old and 10 months old so I want to do some crafting with them, and some for myself when by some miracle they sleep at the same time :lolpony:

Bunnies, chickens, eggs, candy? Anything and everything <3

Make a thin layer of rice krispies with a little extra marshmallow. Then you can mold it into and egg. You can even use a clean plastic egg to mold around. Put some m&ms or other candy in the center. You can decorate the outside with frosting or paint brushes and colored edible paint. Super fun. We did this one year and even put them in an easter basket with the edible grass and some bunnies made of cotton balls, pom poms, and paint. We even got to eat them in the end. <bonus!> they're really fun to take to school if allowed to as well.

A healthier version is cutting a banana into egg shaped pieces, lightly frost with plain white buttercream, then decorate with small pieces of various fruits. We used raspberries, raisins, and cantaloupe slivers. It helps if you have popsicle or lollipop sticks to put them on. You can display them nicely in a basket by putting foam into the bottom and just putting the sticks into it.

Grab a bag of googly eyes, ribbon, little hard pom poms and your favorite colored felt.

Tie the ribbon in tiny bows.

Cut the felt into circles and triangles. The circles 1 smaller, 1 larger, and glue them together. Once they've dried, glue the eyes, triangle ears, pom pom nose and bowties to make bunnies.

We already made some chickens, we gotta do bunnies next :D great idea

I've loads of artwork ideas, too. ;)
Yummy! The candy egg sounds delicious! Fruit one too ;) Artwork ideas, please share :satisfied:

I was always a fan of egg decorating as a child (still kind of am).
I also used to love making Easter baskets with school glue and yarn. Kind of like paper mache.
I just got some cute pastel rainbow yarn, this is perfect!

So we have been saving toilet paper rolls for a while, when we make eggs we've blown the egg out to keep the she'll, we have a little box of crafting stuff and finger paints. I could go crazy on Pinterest looking for this stuff, I love making decorations!

So far we made our little family in chicken.

And I'm working on a bunny garland, but I've never made one myself before so I don't know how to best add the bunnies on a rope.

Sorry for the late reply. This is 2-d. I'll try to post some the 3-d tomorrow. When my girl was 3 we decorated construction paper Easter eggs. She did it herself and it made her feel so grown up. I cut out large egg shaped pieces of construction paper in various pastels. I also cut out small circles, squares, triangles, straight strips, zig zag strips, and wavy strips. Then she used a glue stick to decorate the eggs any way she wanted and i trimmed anything that hung over the edges. We covered an entire wall of our apartment with them. Grandma and grandpa were happy, too. ;)

Today I just planned 2 g3 customs of g1 Greek Ladybird and Lambaditsa. Taking slight artist liberties on them of course but might have Lolita or fairykei vibes to them
I loooooove fairykei, if you post them on the forum please @ me so I won't miss them ♡
