Do you have flowers?

lizards! aww man that is so cool I love lizards, we don't have any here, I don't think i have ever seen one in the wild!
your cats must be just loving it, lucky kitties <3
bees and bumblebees, that is really great too that's one of the main reasons why i want flowers is to help the bees out :)

I'm letting clover take over our grass, it's green here, open space will grow something whether you want it or not. Birds plant things for you, lol. I really like the clover since it doesn't get nearly as deep as the various grasses it doesn't cause my little dog problems, and it has pretty little purple flowers throughout. There's also a weed that is similar in look to clover with little pink flowers, poppies, and wild strawberry cousins. (They don't have fruit, but the leaves are the same and the flowers are pretty.)

@Tak - that’s one of my favourite colour variation of carnations! They’re so pretty, I have a bunch in my garden at the front of the house.

My iris’ bloomed this week. And the veggie garden is coming nicely, the tomatoes are growing pretty quick. Please ignore my grandmother’s smoking chair and the dogs in this picture.

The dogs are cute!

Look at ya’ll with your green thumbs and eye for design! I moved into my house 2 and 1/2 years ago and thankfully, the people before me did most of the hard work. I have lovely rose bushes out front that just bloomed (seriously like overnight).

And a couple pesky raspberry bushes in the back (yum!) I have a garden bed where they had planted strawberry plants but I ruined that... they produced nicely the first year, the second year they multiplied too quickly and crowded each other out and I got zero berries. So my novice butt mowed them all down in the fall. (Turns out strawberry plants don’t make a comeback after being chopped).
Finally this year I got tired of looking at boring hard crusty earth and I planted exactly 2 lavender plants in the front half of the garden. The back half I put in a couple sedum plants for ground cover.

oh! I can’t forget this cute little flowering bush that bloomed for the first time this year. My kitties love it.
