I purchased Starry Wings from this seller, and it was described as excellent with no flaws. The auction photos didn't show any flaws either (although on close inspection you can kind of see them). I received the item, and the flaws were very obvious. I contacted the seller about it, and she made an excuse and said she could refund. I chose not to, because I wanted to keep it despite the flaws (because it's a harder to find pony). I asked her how she could miss so clear a flaw, and if her daughter was helping her, that two sets of eyes should spot flaws even easier. She became defensive and things went on a downward spiral from there.

Granted the flaws are not super major, but the point is, describe flaws a pony has so there are no surprises for the buyer. Nobody likes those kinds of surprises. I don't understand why the flaws could not be honestly listed. The dishonesty, and then making excuses, being rude and nasty, and eventually blaming me is what ticked me off.

In the end, she ended up accusing me of being blind, an idiot, a baby, that if I can't pay to not buy (I asked to pay later as I was bidding on other of her auctions so if I won any of those, it could be combined in one invoice....she agreed), and so on. I left negative feedback because the transaction was negative....item description was lied about, and she was nasty. Well, doing so brought out the real nastiness, as she left a nasty reply. She also left positive feedback on my account with a nasty description, and even put in a nasty add on reply. And to really get the message out about how horrible of a buyer I am, she even named me outright and was nasty about me in capital letters right in her auction listings descriptions. And don't even say anything remotely negative in a positive feedback statement as well...you'll still get slammed with nasty comments and insulted.

I've posted screenshots below. You be the judge. (I did crop the screenshots to show the pertinent information. Feel free to visit ebay if you wish to peruse everything).

Auction photos are posted, and the outdoor photos are my photos of the pony. Because of the way the wings are, it is a bit difficult to really capture the flaws, which is why I went outside in the natural light, and it does show up fairly well.

I contacted ebay and reported the seller, and the feedback left for me will be removed, as it is against ebay policy, as well as the slandering of me right in her auction listings. And so is her rude and unprofessional behaviour.

EDIT: I had the feedback she left for me removed as it is against ebay policy, not to mention how rude and immature it was. But I had to contact ebay again, because the majority of her listings contain her "warning" against me, which is again, also in violation of ebay policy. Interesting how she calls me childish and immature, but look at what she is doing just to be so vengeful and hateful because I called her out on her lies and BS. Even more interesting how she claims that she has proof of the condition of the pony she sold me....even though I have the pony in my possession...all she has is her poorly photographed images. I even told ebay I'll mail them the pony if they really want to scrutinize.

Yes it doesn't surprise me the ponies I have bought from this seller came as totally different from description. I hope now some consequences will finally happen. I am sorry you went through that.

I contacted ebay again today. Most of her listings say in all caps what you see above, with some slight modification. She is clearly violating ebay policy, and I hope people that see her listings can see that. I also hope that they can see what kind of person she is with what she is doing...badmouthing every buyer that things didn't go smoothly with. She says she reported me to ebay...no idea about what since I did nothing wrong. If she thinks I'm buying her bluff, she can think again. I know it's BS, and with all the info I've provided ebay, even if she did try to report me, nothing would come of it. I've heard nothing from ebay whatsoever....my only contact with them is me contacting them and responding to me. I find it rather comical how she says I'm blind...blind to what? The flaws on the pony that she blatantly lied about? LOL I also just noticed on the pony that the last plug of her mane is cut right down to a stub...that was never mentioned either. I only noticed it so late because I was upset by the chewed up wings that were described as having "no flaws", and I just put the pony aside and kinda ignored it until recently.

Yet somehow only 3 people left her negative? (Me being one) Are people afraid to leave any sort of negative feedback for her? With how nasty she is, it would have been better if more people reported their issues, and ebay could have taken action against her long time ago.

I have watched nothing be done about seriously crooked sellers for many years now. Feedback or not. I am not sure what closes a seller down.

She had a MIB estate I contemplated buying, but being out of the community for so long I checked her name on the forums. I was taken aback by the childish comments in her listings. How old is this chick? She acts like a wet blanket. Someone needs a binkie and a nap ;)

    So sad

I'll be on the look out for her. At least the pony is in a good home now with you.

Holy smokes, is she still selling? I've been gone from this community for about 6 years and I remember her having selling issues way back then...

I've had bad experiences with certain sellers too but they retaliate or make excuses for their shabby practices so I figure it's easiest to talk nice of them and just stop buying from them

Man though you got a flutter with the wings STILL ATTACHED. That is so rare these days.

The crack is bleh definitely should have mentioned it in the listing
