I purchased Starry Wings from this seller, and it was described as excellent with no flaws. The auction photos didn't show any flaws either (although on close inspection you can kind of see them). I received the item, and the flaws were very obvious. I contacted the seller about it, and she made an excuse and said she could refund. I chose not to, because I wanted to keep it despite the flaws (because it's a harder to find pony). I asked her how she could miss so clear a flaw, and if her daughter was helping her, that two sets of eyes should spot flaws even easier. She became defensive and things went on a downward spiral from there. Granted the flaws are not super major, but the point is, describe flaws a pony has so there are no surprises for the buyer. Nobody likes those kinds of surprises. I don't understand why the flaws could not be honestly listed. The dishonesty, and then making excuses, being rude and nasty, and eventually blaming me is what ticked me off. In the end, she ended up accusing me of being blind, an idiot, a baby, that if I can't pay to not buy (I asked to pay later as I was bidding on other of her auctions so if I won any of those, it could be combined in one invoice....she agreed), and so on. I left negative feedback because the transaction was negative....item description was lied about, and she was nasty. Well, doing so brought out the real nastiness, as she left a nasty reply. She also left positive feedback on my account with a nasty description, and even put in a nasty add on reply. And to really get the message out about how horrible of a buyer I am, she even named me outright and was nasty about me in capital letters right in her auction listings descriptions. And don't even say anything remotely negative in a positive feedback statement as well...you'll still get slammed with nasty comments and insulted. I've posted screenshots below. You be the judge. (I did crop the screenshots to show the pertinent information. Feel free to visit ebay if you wish to peruse everything). Auction photos are posted, and the outdoor photos are my photos of the pony. Because of the way the wings are, it is a bit difficult to really capture the flaws, which is why I went outside in the natural light, and it does show up fairly well. I contacted ebay and reported the seller, and the feedback left for me will be removed, as it is against ebay policy, as well as the slandering of me right in her auction listings. And so is her rude and unprofessional behaviour. EDIT: I had the feedback she left for me removed as it is against ebay policy, not to mention how rude and immature it was. But I had to contact ebay again, because the majority of her listings contain her "warning" against me, which is again, also in violation of ebay policy. Interesting how she calls me childish and immature, but look at what she is doing just to be so vengeful and hateful because I called her out on her lies and BS. Even more interesting how she claims that she has proof of the condition of the pony she sold me....even though I have the pony in my possession...all she has is her poorly photographed images. I even told ebay I'll mail them the pony if they really want to scrutinize.
