Does anyone else calculate the exact time they need to set the alarm for in the morning.
Allowing yourself optimized time to shower/get ready/leave but also so you can get the max amount of sleep humanly possible.

Is this just a me thing, or does anyone else do this? As I sit here deciding to do things now or the morning and how it will effect my sleep. Ugh! *eyeroll*

I do! It's gotten harder and then just different with my girl and pup to get ready. I never "leave for tomorrow, what can be done today". It distracts me and I glitch. When I was younger and living with just my cats, I everything exact. Now I have reminder alarms set for everything. Lol

Completely sensible thing to do.

When I had a reason to get out of bed, I planned everything to the minute. I used to get out of bed and leave the house within 15 min.

Same here. I've always been a night person, so sleeping as late as possible helped me get by. Lately, I get up to get my girl to school, then crawl right back in bed. :oops:

I’m a night owl. Always have been, so I find it difficult to get up and move in the mornings.

I’ve found in the last week that I’ve had a lot of migraines again so that’s also been making it hard on me lately. I wish I could function like the average human.

Yeah

My alarm jarrs me awake at 6:30 a.m. 6 days a week and I have my daughter get up 15 minutes before me

I'm more of an owl too, but I don't have trouble getting up early. Fortunately, I don't need much sleep. I dream of someday being an average person ;)
