About the Swap:
  • For this swap, you will be creating a pony based on one of your partner's favorite winter/holiday ideas.
  • Participants will be paired based upon skill level. Don't be intimidated if you're a beginner!
  • This is a circle swap. Partners will be secret, so please do not reveal yours until he/she has received his/her custom.
  • You will have EIGHT WEEKS to complete your custom. Please be sure that you are able to commit and stay committed to this project.
Participation Requirements:

  • Minimum three months membership.
  • Minimum of 5 positive feedbacks on any of the community sites (MLPTP, Arena, PonyIsland). Negative feedback will be investigated.
  • If you are involved in any other swaps in ANY of the community's forums, you must tell me. Please do not take on more than you can handle. Only you know your limits, but I would prefer that you not be involved in more than three custom swaps, including this one.
About Minor Swappers and Sponsors:
Minors (ages 16-17, per TP guidelines) may join if they are sponsored by an adult member. You must check in with your sponsor on the check-in dates just as you do with me. Your sponsor must then check in with me to verify that you have checked in with him/her. Sponsors will receive sponsor feedback for the swap.

Requirements to be a sponsor are:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum one year membership.
  • Minimum of 15 positive feedbacks on any of the community sites. I will investigate any negative feedback.
  • He/She must check in on the specified dates to verify that his/her sponsee has checked in.
**A note: If you don't meet the requirements now, don't despair! The TP holds many wonderful swaps throughout the year, so you will have many more chances to join the fun.**

Swap Requirements:

  • Please use a genuine Hasbro pony to create your custom. Fakies just aren't of the same quality. If you are unsure about whether you should customize a particular pony, don't hesitate to ask. Better safe than sorry!
  • You must be able to meet all deadlines. If you do not meet the deadlines, you will receive neutral or negative feedback.I understand that life can sometimes throw us curveballs. Should a problem arise, I ask that you PM me ASAP so that appropriate arrangements can be made. I don't know that something is wrong if you don't tell me, and I can't spend time tracking you down to find out. I don't want or need details - just your status. If something happens that causes you to miss check-in or ship late and I am not informed, feedback will be left as deserved.
  • All packages must have some type of tracking, for which you must PM me the codes.
    It is YOUR responsibility and YOURS ALONE to ensure that your package is shipped properly and on time. If it gets lost in the mail, I won't hold you accountable. These things happen. That's why it's important that you pay for tracking.
  • You must leave feedback for your partner (the person who made a custom for you) after receiving your custom. You will not receive feedback from me until I see that you have left it for your partner.
  • Please leave feedback for me as a swap host, but I don't require it. :)
Important Dates:
October 1-7: Swap sign-ups. References will be checked as I receive forms.
October 8: Partners assigned. Don’t procrastinate! GET STARTED!
November 5: Progress reports due. A photo is required. At this time, if I have received a photo, you will receive your partner's address and be free to ship.
December 10: US shipping deadline.

sad i wasnt able to do the halloween swap this year, but i will sign up for the holiday swap. i am pming you my info now.

I intend to join (I'm in it every year! <3) But I keep forgetting to fill out the form... and when I sat down to do it earlier my computer spazzed out >.< I would attempt to do it now but I've already typed two long messages and it's only a matter of time before it does it again. -reaches for her sledgehammer-

Last day for sign-ups! They'll close sometime tomorrow, probably when I roll out of bed and have time to log on. So... most likely between 10am and 12pm EST.

We could use a few more people. I must admit I'm disappointed at the turnout, but we will go forward with our little group if no one else wants to join us.
 
I think most swaps have been suffering lately =/ So many people have semi-disappeared over the last year!

But hey, less work for you at least lol <3
 
yeah, it is sad to see so many lack of members participating like they used to do. it seems less active here than it does over at the arena. the arena seems to be way more active with their swaps and the amount of members who join in on them. i'd join theirs, but they have way too many rule, too much time and you dont always get partnered with someone of the same skill as you. i hope this swap can do well just fine with its few members. i was sad to skip out on the halloween swap with the lack of participates.

I don't think I'm going to be able to start working on this swap pony til November but I still wanna know who/what I'm making.
 
I'll call Aadra for you. She is INSANE busy this weekend and I don't know if she's even been home since Friday, lol!
