I would not use bleach just to be safe. While some people have had positive results, others have had loss of flocking and I think some discoloration. I've heard carpet cleaner works well though :)

A ton of MH (and other doll) customizers use it so I would imagine it would be fine too :)

MSC can be used on a pony and since it's a great sealant it has good results :) Don't use Mod Podge though, it will go sticky after a while like nail polish. I know some people use Testors Dullcoat with good results, it's fine too :) Good luck with your customs!

She looks discolored to me. I know some CCs that got that discolored because of smoke or storage conditions. Is her plasticizer leaking? If it was, bad storage conditions would be more likely.

Acrylics should work well. Don't use enamel or nail polish, it will go sticky over time.
