What did you already do on her? I can tell she's a bit of a later release by the eyes. The later G4 just have a lower quality overall. I would suggest using a hair straightener if you haven't already to remove the last of the matting (I can't really see it?). The hair does tend to dry the way...

I actually just sold one a bit ago! I listed her for $30 originally and got two offers. Accepted the $25 one. I was surprised myself, when I got her a few years ago she was only $20. She was a lucky flip (got her for $4).

If you're familiar with G4 in its earlier days, you might remember they would capitalized trademarked terms. Because "Rarity" is a common word, she was trademarked as RARITY THE UNICORN. You should be ok, although you likely cannot trademark BLOSSOM either.

Can't speak on the accessories, but you have a lot of very common ponies. The non-pony ones could fetch much more though! The flocked one (Paradise) and the baby Seapony might fare better as well. For the common ponies, depending on condition I'd say $5-10 sounds good.
