I found with Acetone and Q tips and lots of scrubbing helped get all the glue off Surprise. Her being damp and "soften" from boiling helped by being able to hold flat or move the wings to get in their crevices. Even just having her run over with hot water then going in with the Acetone helped...

My first time deflocking I just finished Shady. I have a Surprise just deflocked, but she's in a peroxide bath now to whiten some stains that went through the flocking onto her vinyl. Pegasus ponies are a pain with their wingies ahaha.
